Mission Teams

Whether you’ve led many mission trips or have never been on one, we’re here to help you each step of the way.

As your host ministry, we will facilitate each aspect of your mission trip while in South Africa. We will arrange for meals, accommodation, in-country transportation, ministry site set-up, interpreters, free-day activities, and follow-up (all of which is worked into the cost of the trip).

Our heart is to provide a memorable, meaningful, well-balanced missions experience for everyone involved. We firmly believe that if missionaries are well-fed, well-rested, and healthy, the mission will be accomplished. Therefore, we strive for excellence in housing, meals, ministry opportunities and free-day activities.

Our goal is to help team leaders set up a life-changing mission trip for their team, while also providing avenues for effective ministry to our nationals. To aid in trip planning and preparation, we will provide you with several information packets covering important details ranging from airfare and immunizations to training the team to minister effectively in a new culture.

We ask for a minimum of six people to comprise a team. We also ask that team members be age 13 and older.

We will send you our Team Hosting document that contains additional information about ministry opportunities, logistics, free day options and pricing. We will also follow-up with availability and registration information.
