Educating & equipping the spiritual leaders.

Our Enrich Program educates, disciples, and equips local pastors and leaders through our college level Bible classes as well as workshops and Bible intensive courses. Through these programs there is a pastoral support network, and an open library of resources.

We  envision pastors and leaders strengthened in their faith and walking in the fullness of God’s calling.

The goals of the Enrich program are to:

  • Develop mature leaders who model, equip and multiply godly leadership and achieve impact in their areas of influence

  • Design and facilitate a program that meets the specific needs of local leaders in terms of Bible training, leadership development, spiritual formation and other relevant topics

  • Make teaching materials, books and other resources available to benefit local pastors and leaders

  • Build supportive relationships between and with local pastors and leaders

Our Bible School

The primary feature of our Enrich Program is our Bible School. This curriculum includes eight formal 12 week college level courses.

  • Foundations for Christian Growth

    The Foundations course is the first program of study in the Enrich Bible School. This course is designed to give the student of God’s Word a rudimentary knowledge of Bible doctrine and spiritual truth upon which to build a life of Christian service.

  • God's Plan for Christian Service

    The God’s Plan course is the second program of study in the Enrich Bible School. This course continues to give the student of God’s Word a basic knowledge of Bible doctrine and spiritual truth upon which to build a life of Christian service.

  • Discipleship Training

    This Discipleship course is the third class from our Enrich Bible School curricula. It is designed for those desiring to become a Disciple of Jesus Christ through the application of various principles.

  • Financial Foundation

    The Bible has more than 2000 verses about money, which is 10 times more than about faith or salvation. Is this because God wants our money? No, what He wants is our hearts, but how we relate to money is an indication of our hearts. “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:21. This study establishes a firm financial foundation rooted in the Word of God.

  • Hermeneutics

    Hermeneutics is the study of principles and methods of interpreting the text of the Bible. This course is designed to help students know how to properly interpret, understand, and apply the Bible.

  • SWAT

    This SWAT Boot Camp course is designed to equip and take your prayer life deeper, becoming comfortable hearing God’s voice for yourself and others, becoming the prayer warrior God intended you to be.

  • Journey of a Life Giver

    The Journey of a Life-Giver course is designed to train and equip leaders on the sanctity of human life, discovering the Father’s heart for life.

  • Capstone

    Our Capstone course is a short six-week course that helps students apply what they have learned in our discipleship series. It support in identifying and growing in the area God has called them. Through this course they apply lessons previously learned and come away with a few golden nuggets that they create along the way.

Ignite Newsletter

When a local church pastor passed away, church members encouraged her husband to take over leading the church. As he prayed, he felt the same calling from God. He was excited, humbled, and intimidated by the idea - mostly intimidated! So he came to Ignite for help. Since joining our Enrich program, he has grown in knowledge, faith, and confidence. He feels more equipped to study and teach the Word of God and is also being mentored by Pastors Samuel and Bram. 

Additional Outreaches

  • Library

    Our library provides an array of Bible study tools, topical books and computers that local pastors and leaders are welcome to use without cost.

  • Workshops

    Local pastors, ministry leaders, and their spouses are welcome to attend these one day teachings and exchange of ideas for leading effectively within their churches.

  • Bible Intensive Courses

    Week long classes providing line by line study of various books of the Bible.

  • Conferences

    More details coming soon.

  • Enrich Pastoral Network

    Provides an opportunity for ministry leaders to come together at an informal gathering to share, encourage and build supportive relationships.
